We had a full weekend, but it was fun--family and friend happy events, so it was a good time.
We celebrated a nephew's birthday. He turned 8 and will be baptized next month. He was off having so much fun celebrating with the older cousins that I didn't even get a picture of him, but I did snap a cute one of Bradeigh! We left that party so Kelly could officiate at a wedding. LaElle has been in our ward for a number of years and we are happy for her and Jacob. During their reception it was fun to visit with other members of our ward and some friends from the Picture Rocks ward. We even held Amelia for a while and she warmed our hearts when she smiled and cooed for us! Today we handed out white handkerchiefs to our young women so that they would have special hankies for the dedication. A neighbor of one of our YW leaders did all the embroidery for them, as a service, for free. Isn't that great? And she isn't a member. We want to give her something to thank her so we took a picture today of the girls with their hankies. So I did some Photoshop magic and took the Gila Valley Temple picture and the picture we too of the girls today, and combined them into one!
We have spent a little time at the ball park this spring--not as much as we would like, but every chance we can. Tyler is getting really good and we love to watch when he pitches and catches. Here are some fun shots I got of him pitching at the last game we went to. (I tried several times to get these to post in the right order, but I just couldn't get it to happen)
And here is Tyler's biggest fan. Ok, maybe he is not Tyler's biggest fan, but certainly one of the cutest!--Rock on!
